Activating a Suspended Application
When an application is suspended, you won't be able to access it. If you'd like to regain the access to it, the following solution can be helpful.
Resolution:
An application could be suspended because of various reasons: Cancellation Request, Failed Identity Verification, Suspended by Agent,and Overdue On Payment.
Suspension due to overdue payment
1. Locate your suspended application
Log in to the Control Panel at https://clients.cloudclusters.io/ with your credentials and locate your target application on the "Home" page or the "My Applications" page.
2. Pay past due charges
Click "Renew" and follow the prompts to make payments.
Note: if there is no unpaid invoices associated with the application, chances are that your account is not active. Clicking Renew will first take you to complete you account information. The account will turn active within 2 hours if your account information passes our security verification.
Suspension due to other reasons
1. Locate your suspended application
Log in to the Control Panel at https://clients.cloudclusters.io/ with your credentials and locate your target application on the "Home" page or the "My Applications" page.
2. Open ticket to get support
Click the "Open New Ticket" button and follow the prompts. Our support staff will help resolve your issues within 2 hours after receive your ticket.
Note: Here are a few important things to keep in mind if your application is suspended:
If your application isn't reactivated within 12 days of suspension, the application will be canceled. Before the cancellation, the system will take a full backup of your application data.
If your application isn't restored within 60 days of cancellation, your application data will also be deleted.
